- Dirk started touring with SOILWORK in February 2004; he recorded the band's sixth full-length Stabbing The Drama as a studio drummer, then became a full-time member in November 2005
- The Panic Broadcast marks the return of SOILWORK founding member/guitarist Peter Wichers, as well as the first studio appearance of SCARVE guitarist Sylvain Coudret
- Deliverance Is Mine is the first video, an animated follow-up to the video Light The Torch (from Figure Number Five)
- the album will be released on CD and double gatefold vinyl
- the digipak edition comes with a DVD including 20 minutes of exclusive studio footage, drum clips and pictures, as well as the bonus audio track Sweet Demise
