- Dirk started touring with SOILWORK in February 2004; he recorded the band’s sixth full-length Stabbing The Drama as a studio drummer, then became a full-time member in November 2005

- videos were shot for "Stabbing The Drama" and "Nerve"

- the album was released as a limited edition hand-numbered metal boxset in the shape of the "Sledgehammer Messiah" logo

- SOILWORK supported Stabbing The Drama by touring Europe twice, the US four times (including Ozzfest 2005) and performing at a multitude of festivals including Wacken Open Air, Rock Hard and Ruisrock
